Bob Marko was named president of Bailiwick in October of 2011.
In 2001, Bob joined Bailiwick as Director of New Business Development and given the charge of driving technology services revenue growth and expansion. And that’s just what he continues to do.
During his tenure, Bailiwick has experienced double-digit revenue growth year over year. We’re the beneficiaries of the knowledge he’s gained from his 20+ years of technology services experience. In October of 2010, Bob was promoted to Sr. Vice President with responsibility for Bailiwick’s Sales and Operations.
Before joining Bailiwick, Bob was the Director of Network Services responsible for driving new business development and portfolio management at Comdisco, an international provider of asset management, leasing, managed network services, and disaster recovery services.
Bob graduated from the University of St. Thomas with academic honors receiving a double major in Finance and Economics.
Bob and his wife Melissa have two daughters. In his free time, Bob enjoys playing hockey and golf.
Missy operates at a critical intersection for Bailiwick, bringing process and technology enablers together to help us achieve our strategic goals. In 2004, she was recognized by Microsoft as an innovator and early adopter of Microsoft CRM Dynamics. She was invited to participate in national panel discussions leading the charge to use CRM tools to help organizations achieve greater understanding of all their relationships.
Missy joined Bailiwick in our fourth year and has served the organization in a variety of leadership roles. She began her career in operations for Minnesota-based Restaurant Franchise Company, working in operations as a trainer for their management-training program.
Missy received her Bachelor of Science in business from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 1984 where her focus was in the emerging discipline of Management of Information Systems. A lifelong learner, Missy is always looking for educational opportunities in business and technology. In 2010, she completed a mini-MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
Missy and her husband Tom raised three sons in the Minnetonka area. Throughout that time, she has remained active in the Minnetonka school district and community in a variety of roles. She was part of a small group of women who founded the Deephaven Garden Club, a volunteer and social organization that beautifies the community. Today, she’s actively supporting community-based programs such as the YWCA of Minneapolis and Twin Cities Rise with volunteer and fundraising activities.
As VP of Operations at Bailiwick, Eric basically keeps us going from one day to the next. His organization includes the Project Management Office (PMO), the Event Management Organization and the Engineering and Vendor Management groups. His teams are responsible for planning and carrying out Bailiwick managed deployment projects.
Eric joined Bailiwick in 2004, initially working in Business Development, and played a vital role in securing and building some of Bailiwick’s largest and most successful customer relationships. He’s also been at the center of several strategic development and process improvement initiatives at Bailiwick, in particular enhancing our customer centric methodology and implementing process-enabling technology.
Eric's operational savvy comes from 14 years of IT experience, a strong work ethic, and well-developed business acumen. He previously held positions with Comdisco where he structured complex LAN/WAN implementation and network management services for the company’s network services division.
Eric has a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.
Eric and his wife Cathy are the proud parents of two energetic girls, and enjoy spending their time boating.
Michelle counts our beans! She oversees the financial performance and treasury of Bailiwick. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, and cash management.
She joined Bailiwick in 2001 and has supported the growth of the company by implementing successful systems to improve efficiencies and cash flow while reducing costs. Prior to joining Bailiwick, she worked for the MN State Auditor’s Office performing external financial and compliance auditing of local governments.
Michelle holds a BA degree in Accounting from the College of Saint Benedict and a MBA from Metropolitan State University.
Michelle and her husband Joe are busy raising three children in their "spare time". She is a non-active Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
Dave leads the effort to scout, secure, develop and hang on to the talent that our customers count on every day.
Since joining Bailiwick in early 2001 when all of nine employees worked here, Dave has made significant contributions to business development, strengthening customer relationships and generating new business initiatives. His efforts have allowed the organization to grow and mature into the industry leader it is today. During this period, his favorite theme has been creating a culture that inspires, energizes and supports every employee—no matter how long their tenure at Bailiwick. It’s an approach that reflects our fundamental belief that our organization is only as good as the people in it.
Dave brings to Bailiwick more than 25 years of experience in varying facets of the information technology sector. He began working with many leading telecommunication carriers for the first ten years of his career, focusing mainly on the delivery of products and services at a senior level. He’s now in what he considers the second half has career, which has been spent directing efforts toward the growth and development of Bailiwick and more specifically helping develop a “Company Culture” which contributes to the success of not only the employees but the customers Bailiwick serves.
Dave received his degree in 1991 from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Dianne and their two children. He’s passionate about golf and the many other activities that keep him and his family outdoors. Dave also devotes extra time to support and help run one of the best nationally recognized Junior Golf Programs at Hazeltine and serves on the Boards of Governors for both Love Inc. and Mt Olivet Community Action.
Michelle Wolter leads the sales and marketing teams in creating and developing deep, long-term relationships with Bailiwick’s customers. She drives our philosophy in seeking first to understand our customers and what makes them successful. Helping our customers succeed is why we exist and she ensures our vision and mission stay true to it.
Since 2001, she’s been instrumental in helping us with our double-digit growth — developing our growth strategy, instilling a value-based, customer-focused way of doing business throughout our organization, and building a team that delivers on it. She ensures our sales and operations teams provide thought leadership that accelerates our customer's business strategies.
That's undoubtedly a result of her nineteen years of experience in information technology. Prior to her sales leadership career, she had operational responsibility for a wide variety of complex, multi-million dollar technology infrastructure projects for Fortune 100 organizations. Before joining Bailiwick, Michelle held a senior level IT consultant position with Comdisco where she was responsible for building a national project office supporting a professional services organization of 200+ network professionals. She was also responsible for directing large, complex LAN/WAN deployment projects for clients in the lodging, industrial services, and retail industries.
Wolter has a B.A. in International Relations and an EMBA from the University of St. Thomas.
She is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Personally, Michelle is a dedicated runner, avid reader, and travel enthusiast. She also has a passion for international missions work and serves in a leadership position on the Missions Board at Grace Church.
